Who is the data controller

Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content provided by the reader. Stored in a Cloudflare D1 database for the purpose of responding to the message.
Analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) — no cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
Search queries: if the on-site search is used, the query text and a hashed IP are stored to inform editorial priorities. The hashed IP cannot be reversed to a real address.
Advertising and affiliate cookies: if Google AdSense is enabled, Google may set cookies on the reader's device. Affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Skimlinks) may set attribution cookies when an outbound link is followed. Both are governed by their own privacy policies.
